How to correct most of the problems related to Shockwave and Flash

  1. First of all delete your browser cache and try the game again..
  2. Check you fulfill the minimum requirements to play
  3. Uninstall Shockwave and Flash Player. In Windows from Control panel → Add or remove programs
  4. Reboot the computer
  5. Install Adobe Shockwave complete version
  6. Install Adobe Flash Player

Check that Shockwave and Flash work correctly (you can also see the version you have installed).

If you still have trouble after the installation...

Try using a different browser. In some occasions, we have detected imcompatibilities between some browser versions and a plug-in.
