Not possible to connect with the servers...
if you are in an intranet (for example in an office or internet cafe) it?s possible that the adinistrator may have restricted access to certain services, for example, using a firewall configured to this end.
To connect the games with our servers, the 1626 com port must be open. We use the communication for the sending and reception of messages on the games through that com port. Enabling it does not bring any security trouble.
On a domestic Internet connection, it is also possible to configure the computer or the router firewall to block that com port. Try unabling those firewalls temporarily to check if they block the connection to the games.
Note: the default configuration of the Window Firewall is not affected by this problem.
